Can the Maxi-Cosi Sense carrycot be used for overnight sleeping?
Yes, the Maxi-Cosi Sense carrycot is suitable for overnight sleeping. The Sense carrycot is spacious, providing room to grow and move. It also features a reversible, breathable memory foam mattress, a see-through ventilation window in the canopy and ClimaFlow panels, creating optimal airflow for year-round comfort. It passes the EN 1466:2023 regulation and stands sturdily on flat surfaces with its four feet. For your child’s nightly sleep routine, we recommend using a crib as a crib’s mattress is usually thicker and is specially designed to offer your child a more comfortable night’s rest.
My child no longer fits into the Sense carrycot and is still unable to sit independently. What should I do?
Once your child no longer fits in the carrycot, you can use the stroller seat. This would normally be the case at around 6 months old or at a maximum weight of 9 kg. If your child is still not able to sit independently, we recommend using the stroller with the seat in the reclined position in parent-facing direction. For additional comfort, you can combine the seat with our 2-in-1 Footmuff.
Can I use the Maxi-Cosi Sense with my stroller?
The Maxi-Cosi Sense is compatible with the Maxi-Cosi Oxford and Maxi-Cosi Leona2 strollers. The adapters required for a seamless installation are included with the stroller.
